Dr. Michael Blotner graduated from Louisiana State University in 2001. After graduation, Dr. Blotner completed a one-year internship at Louisiana Veterinary Referral Center that specializes in small animal internal medicine, diagnostic MRI, ultrasonography, endoscopy, soft tissue, neurologic, and orthopedic surgery.  Dr. Blotner joined Twin City Veterinary Clinic in June of 2004. He bought the clinic from Dr. Price in December of 2006. Dr. Blotner's areas of special interests are: internal medicine, diagnostic ultrasonography, preventative medicine, soft tissue and orthopedic surgery.

Dr. Jeffrey Price graduated from Texas A&M in 1978 and entered into his first job in Kilgore, Texas.  Dr. Price started working here at TCVC in 1981.  After being here for 3 years, Dr. Price bought the clinic in December 1984.  Dr. Price sold the clinic to Dr. Blotner in December 2006 and chose to retire full time from practice in April of 2012.  While he is truly enjoying his retirement at his ranch, Dr. Price still frequents Twin City Vet as a visiting relief doctor.  He enjoys working with the staff and catching up with clients and their pets.
